亲爱的各位教职员工、各位同学、家长朋友们：

　　目前疫情防控形势严峻，我们也看到了众多义务工作者、社区工作者和志愿者的日以继夜的辛劳付出，这么多人在负重前行，保护我们深圳，保护我们，除了感动和心怀感激。我们能做什么？我们能做的就是不添乱、不抱怨，不信谣，不传谣。福田、南山、罗湖、宝安等四区按照“一天一检”开展核酸筛查，并做好个人防护，除领取生活物资、投放垃圾、紧急就医等情形外，做到“足不出户、严格居家”。其他区按属地管理要求落实。

　　各位教职员工、家长朋友们、孩子们，让我们一起学习相关法律知识：对纳入核酸检测范围但不参加的，涉嫌违反《深圳经济特区突发公共卫生事件应急条例》的，公安机关会责令立即改正；对构成违反治安管理处罚法的，会处警告或罚款、拘留；引起病毒传播或者有传播严重危险，乃至构成妨害传染病防治罪的，会依法追究刑事责任。

　　同时，请各位教职员工、家长朋友们、孩子们落实自身及共同生活居住人员的健康检测，注意少出门，严格佩戴口罩，配合学校每日在班级群上报。不管我们在哪个区，甚至是安全区域，只要是出门，包括乘坐电梯、去小区楼下做核酸时一定要正确佩戴口罩，这都是在保护我们自己和家人。

　　对于孩子们，疫情期间更要注意身体健康，网课期间注意用眼卫生，加强居家体育锻炼，多帮助父母从事居家劳动，体验劳动之美，多与父母沟通，如遇到个人情绪低落时，也可以找班主任老师倾诉和帮忙，也可以找学校的心理老师聊天。

So many people are moving forward with heavy burdens to protect our Shenzhen and also to protect us. In addition to being moved and grateful to these volunteers, what can each of us do? Things we can help with are  not to cause trouble, not to complain, not to believe in rumors, and not to spread rumors. Four districts, including Futian, Nanshan, Luohu, and Bao'an, carried out nucleic acid screening according to the "one inspection a day", and other districts have implemented accordingly to the territorial management requirements. From March 14th to 20th, the city's personnel "must be inspected, and one person per test" was completed. Nucleic acid testing of employees and personal protection are required. Except for receiving daily necessities, throwing garbage, emergency medical treatment, etc., it is necessary to "stay inside your home and strictly stay at home".

　　Faculties and staff, parents, friends, and children, let us learn relevant legal knowledge together: for those who should be included in the scope of nucleic acid testing but do not participate, if they are suspected of violating the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Emergency Regulations for Public Health Emergencies", the public security departments will order immediate corrections. Those whose actions that may constitute a violation of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law will be given a warning, fined, or detained; those who cause the spread of the virus or  seriously and endangering the spreading of the virus, or even obstructing the prevention and treatment of the infectious diseases, will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

　　At the same time, we ask teachers, staff, parents, friends, and children to carry out health tests for themselves and those living with them, pay attention and do not go outside to play. Wearing of masks are enforced strictly, and cooperate with the school to report to the class group every day. No matter which area or even a safe area we are in, as long as we go out, including taking the elevator or going downstairs to do nucleic acid testing in the community, we must wear our masks correctly. This is to protect ourselves and our families, also to protect others from ourselves.

　　For children, staying during the epidemic, one should pay attention to your physical health, In addition,  your eyes are also important, so keep your eyes clean and let them rest when you are doing the online classes. There are many things to do at home:
