致学生家长的一封信
尊敬的家长朋友:
  您好!
  首先感谢您长期以来对我校的关心和支持,2022年寒假已至,中小学生(幼儿)安全事故进入高发、多发期。而冬春季又是呼吸道传染病高发季节,包括新冠肺炎在内的多种传染病发生的风险增加。为进一步增强广大学生的风险防范意识,提升学生的安全素养,同时强化家长在寒假期间对孩子的安全监护意识和责任意识,做好寒假的安全陪护,以高度的责任感帮助孩子们度过一个文明、健康、快乐、安全、有意义的假期。请您关注孩子们的网络安全和心理健康安全,同时跟您的孩子一起学习交通、消防、燃气、用电、食品、外出活动、传染病预防等安全教育知识:
  一、交通安全
  遵守交通规则,红灯停,绿灯行,过马路请走斑马线、人行天桥、地下通道,请勿跨越交通护栏。在停车场注意过往车辆,不要逗留玩耍。不在机动车道内拦车、上下车。乘车时系好安全带。不酒后驾车,不疲劳驾车。不超速行驶,不强行超车。发生交通事故,及时报警呼救并设置警示标志。不乘坐无牌无证的车辆。禁止未成年人骑摩托车或电动自行车。家长不能违规骑电动自行车并搭载学生。禁止未满十二周岁的学生骑自行车、禁止未满十六周岁的学生骑电动自行车上路。
  二、消防安全
  远离易燃易爆物品,不能玩火,不燃放烟花爆竹。安全正确使用电器,家中无人时应切断电源,关闭燃气阀门。要学会正确的火灾逃生、报警及灭火知识。中小学生不要参与火灾扑救。火灾逃生不要乘坐电梯。
  三、燃气安全
  使用燃气设备的房间必须保持通风良好。定期检查与更换燃具连接胶管,防止燃气泄漏。发现漏气时,立即关闭气源,清除火种,打开门窗通风,切勿启动排风扇、抽油烟机等电器。儿童不要拨弄燃气具开关和划火点灶,防止发生意外。
  四、用电安全
  不要用湿手触摸或用湿巾擦拭电器外壳。插座、电线、灯头或电器有问题时,不要自行拆装或检修。不要在高压线下、变电器旁玩耍。手机充电完毕要及时拔掉插头。使用电热毯等电器应确保无漏电后才能接触身体。
  五、食品安全
  加工贮存食物时生、熟食要分开,饭前注意洗手。不买街头或小店“三无”食品,不要采摘、捡拾、购买、加工和食用来历不明食物。不要购买和食用超过保质期的食品。妥善保管有毒有害物品。发生误食有毒东西,要立即催吐并送医院救护。
  六、外出活动安全
  孩子外出活动需征得家长同意,并有大人陪同。不到海边、河流、水库、山塘、积水畦地、建筑工地、街边变压器等危险地玩耍。进行体育锻炼要做好热身及必要防护措施。教育孩子要防范不良分子的侵害。不贪小便宜或不义之财,不要轻易相信陌生人,学会自我防范与保护的本领,学会各种报警方法。不到网吧、游戏厅等禁止未成年人进入的场所。避免去人多拥挤的地方,在拥挤的人流中,不要弯腰捡东西、提鞋、系鞋带等。每个同学要记住自己的家庭住址,记住父母电话号码,一些亲戚的情况也要熟知。记住110、120等报警电话。
  七、传染病预防
  目前新冠疫情防控形势仍然复杂,原则上不离深。如确需离深要及时向班主任报备,返深后48小时内完成一次新冠病毒核酸检测,并加强自我健康监测。严格限制前往中高风险地区,非必要不要前往中高风险地区所在地市其他县区,避免非必要的跨省出行。外出期间做好个人防护,正确佩戴口罩。保持良好的个人生活习惯,勤洗手,多喝水,保证充足睡眠。尽量不去人群密集、空气不流畅的地方,保持室内通风换气,避免接触流感患者。出现发烧咳嗽等症状,及时规范就医,返校时是否需要持新冠病毒核酸检测报告,届时学校会根据教育局的要求另行通知。
  八、安全教育平台的安全学习知识
  学生登录福田学校安全教育平台,点击“平安寒假”宣传图片或到“我的学习”中参与活动,观看“平安寒假”互动短片,学习疫情防控、交通安全、消防安全、网络安全、防诈骗、急救等安全知识和技能,提升风险防范意识,时刻绷紧安全弦。
  九、网络安全
  引导和监管孩子合理使用电子产品,健康上网,文明上网,制定好日常作息时间。
  十、关注心理健康,多陪伴
  孩子的成长离不开家长的关注和陪伴。在工作之余,多陪孩子参与户外运动,亲子阅读,多聊天,构建良好的亲子关系,度过一个和谐欢乐的寒假。

A Letter to Parents

Dear Parents,
  Firstly, we would like to thank all of you for your care and support. The 2022 winter vacation is approaching, and this is a time when there is normally a high incidence of accidents among primary and secondary school students. In addition, infectious upper respiratory tract infections and a variety of other infectious diseases including Coronavirus infections are common during this time of the year. In order to ensure health and safety of the students during the holiday, and to increase their awareness of risk prevention as well as improving their safety knowledge, please go through the guidelines listed below with your children. This list below includes safety in internet, transportation, fire, gas, electric, food hygiene, outdoor, disease prevention and mental health.
  1.Traffic SafetyObey all traffic rules. Stop at red lights and proceed on green lights. Use cross walks and pedestrian bridges or underpasses to cross traffic. Watch out for passing vehicles and do not linger or play in parking lots. Do not stop or block traffic on motorways. Fasten your seat belt when riding in a car. Do not drink and drive. Do not drive when tired. Do not exceed the speed limit, do not force overtaking of slower motorists. In the event of an accident, call for help in a timely manner and set up warning signs. Do not ride in unlicensed vehicles. Minors must not ride motorcycles or ebikes. Do not illegally ride ebikes while taking a child as a passenger. Students under 16 years of age are barred from operating ebikes.
  2.Fire safetyKeep away from flammable and explosive materials. Do not play with fire or set off fireworks. Use all electrical appliances safely and correctly. Turn off gas and power when nobody is in the home. Identify all fire escapes. Use alarms and know the proper phone numbers for firefighters. During a fire do not take the elevator.
  3.Gas safetyUse gas appliances in a well-ventilated room. Regularly check and replace connecting hoses to prevent leakage. When a leak is found, immediately turn off the gas at the main. Open all doors and window for ventilation and do not turn on any electrical appliances. Find an expert to patch the leak. Children should not fiddle with switches or knobs.
  4.Electric safetyDo not touch or wipe the surface of electronic devices with wet hands or rags. When there is a problem with a socket, wire or other electrical component do not disassemble or repair it by yourself. Do not play under high-voltage power lines or near transformers. Unplug mobile phones as soon as they are fully charged. Ensure that electronic blankets or warmers are in correct working order before touching the body.
  5.Food safetyAlways keep raw and cooked food separated. Pay attention to hand washing before meals. Do not buy street food or food cooked in small stalls. Never eat food sourced from an unknown origin. Do not buy or eat food past its expiration date. Properly store all toxic and hazardous materials. In cases of accidental ingestion, induce vomiting immediately and seek treatment at the hospital emergency room.
  6.Outdoor safetyChildren should obtain consent from their parent or guardian before going out. Do not play in dangerous places such as the seaside, near rivers, reservoirs, ponds, swamps, construction sites, powerlines, etc. Warm-up before doing physical exercise. Take all necessary protective measures. Educate children to guard against bad elements. Don’t be greedy or petty. Don’t seek ill-gotten gains. Don’t trust strangers. Learn the skills of self-prevention and preservation. Know how to contact the police. Do not go to places that prohibit minors such as internet cafes or gaming halls. Avoid going to crowded places. Know your home address and parents’ phone numbers as well as those of some relatives. Remember 110 and 120 in addition to other emergency numbers.
  7. Infectious disease preventionAt present, the epidemic control situation is complicated. If you really need to leave Shenzhen, you must report it to the head teacher and complete a nucleic acid test within 48 hours of returning to Shenzhen. Strictly limit travel to medium and high-risk areas. Avoid cross-border travel. Try to stay within the Shenzhen. Take personal protection, wear a mask, maintain good hygiene habits, drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep. Try not to go to places with dense crowds and poor air flow. If you have symptoms such as fever and cough, seek medical treatment and take a nucleic acid test before returning to school. The school will notify you when return is possible in accordance with the requirements of the Education Bureau.
  8. School safety educationThe Education Bureau has put out the 2022 “Safe Winter Holiday” activity theme “Happy Holidays, Safety Together,” to be completed on the Futian School Safety Education Platform. Please log in to the platform and take part in the activity.
  9.Internet safetyGuide and supervise your child in the use of electronic devices. Practice healthy and civilized online behaviours. Have a balanced daily schedule planned.
  10.Mental healthPay close attention to your child’s mental state. The growth of a child is inseparable from the companionship of parents. During your spare time, accompany your child and participate in various outdoor sports activities. Take time to read stories together. Have a chat and build a good parent-child relationship while passing a harmonious and happy winter vacation together.
