热烈庆祝方方乐趣教育机构荣获首届全球华商品牌大奖。

　　Celebrating the honour of receiving the Inaugural Global Chinese Business Brand Award to the Funful Group of Schools.

　　5月25日，边校长带领方方乐趣教育机构部分同仁前往马来西亚吉隆坡领奖。边校长作为全球华商教育品牌唯一代表发言。

　　On May 25th, Principal Dr. Pei led a group of colleagues from Funful Group of Schools to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, to receive the award. Principal Dr. Pei spoke as the sole representative of the Global Chinese Business Education Brand.

　　杰出华人促进会黄会长、各位马来西亚的领袖们、各位女士们先生们大家好！

　　如果你问我认识马来西亚有多深，我会高兴地告诉你们在我学生时代，我坐船从香港经马来西亚的多个城市到英国求学。目前我更高兴会常来这里做客，因为我有一位吉隆坡女婿，我和我的亲家都有亲密的来往，通过他们的介绍，我认识和品尝了很多马来西亚的美食。我非常欣赏马来西亚的华人对中国传统文化的传承，中华文化的源远流长有你们的功劳。

　　从事教育工作五十多年，我每天只想做好学校的工作，例如学校的课程、老师的教学、学生的行为、学生的前途等。但我一直忽略了对自己工作的肯定，这次被杰出华人文化促进会推选，获得首届全球华商品牌奖。当我收到此信息后，蓦然回首，原来我拥有办学超过五十年的教育品牌，分布在香港、深圳，还有福建省多个城市，这五十年的教育工作没有白费，对社会这一点点的贡献能够被认可，真正实现了我对教育的初心。

　　其实我从来没有认为教育是属于商界，我有两句口号，不光是我对教育的一点看法，也是为了时刻提振我和同事们的士气。这两句口号是：“教育是无处不在Education is everywhere”, “永不放弃任何一个孩子 Every child matters”。我想如果学生能成为商品，那我们践行这两句口号，让学生成为我们最佳的产品。我也常常用说笑的方法来鼓励家长，同时肯定孩子的“努力成果”，我告诉家长：你家的产品非常好，带多几个来吧！

　　我把“教育无处不在”的口号融入了“衣”“食”“住”“行”谈教育，因为教育绝不是单单发生在课室中。俗话说“一代好媳妇，三代好儿孙”，女人对家庭的重要性显而易见。家庭生活中我们要培养女孩子入得厨房、出到厅堂。从小要教育男孩子风度翩翩，懂得爱家庭，爱社会，懂得伸手助人。希望我们的社会成员互相关爱，这也是我们方方乐趣的教学宗旨，让孩子在乐趣中接受四面八方的教育。

　　再一次感谢杰出华人促进会对本品牌的认可，给我们莫大的鼓励。我与我的团队同事们一定会更加努力，把我们的教育工作办到更上一层楼。

　　President Huang of the Outstanding Chinese Association, leaders from Malaysia, ladies and gentlemen, greetings to all!

　　If you ask me how well I know Malaysia, I would be happy to tell you that during my student years, I traveled by ship from Hong Kong through several cities in Malaysia on my way to study in the U.K.. Nowadays, I am even happier to visit Malaysia more often because I have a son-in-law who is from Kuala Lumpur. My family and I have close interactions with my in-laws, and through their introductions, I have had the opportunity to learn about and savour different types of delicious Malaysian cuisine. I deeply admire the Malaysian Chinese community for their preservation and promotion of traditional Chinese culture. The continuing legacy of Chinese culture owes much to your contributions.

　　Having worked in the education field for over 50 years, my daily focus has been solely on improving the school, its curriculum, teachers’ teaching methods, students’ conduct, and their futures. However, I have always overlooked in acknowledging my own work. This time, being nominated by the Outstanding Chinese Cultural Promotion Association and receiving this Inaugural Global Chinese Business Brand Award has been a profound moment of affirmation. When I received the news, I reflected on my journey and realized that I have built an educational brand over the past 50 years, with schools spanning from Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and several cities in Fujian Province. These five decades of dedication to education have not been in vain. The recognition of even a small contribution to society fulfills my original mission in education.

　　In fact, I have never considered education to be part of the business world. I have two mottos, which not only reflect my views on education but also serve to motivate myself and my colleagues constantly. These mottos are, “Education is everywhere” and “Every child matters”. If students were to be considered a product, then by adhering to these two mottos, we aim to make every student our finest outcome. I often use humour to encourage parents while affirming their children’s achievements. I tell parents, “Your child is outstanding; bring a few more of them to us!”

　　I have integrated the idea of “Education is everywhere” into discussions about food, clothing, housing, and transportation because education doesn’t only happen inside the classroom. As the saying goes, “A good daughter-in-law leads to three generations of fine descendants”, highlighting the importance of women to family life. In family education, we must teach girls to be both capable in the kitchen and graceful in social settings. Meanwhile, boys should be educated from a young age to be gentlemen, love their families and society, and be willing to lend a helping hand whenever possible. Our hope is for mutual care among all members of society, and this is also the teaching philosophy of the Funful Group of Schools — allowing children to enjoy the process of receiving an all-round education.

　　Once again, I would like to thank the Outstanding Chinese Association for recognizing our brand and providing us with tremendous encouragement. My team and I will undoubtedly work even harder to take our educational endeavors to the next level.

　　方方乐趣教育机构成立50多年来，培养出了一代又一代的优秀学子，他们遍布世界各地并且从事各种不同的行业。此次，在边校长带领大家途经新加坡时，方方乐趣的两位校友在机场迎接，其中一位在新加坡排名第一的高中学府就读，另外一位也在排名第三的学校就读中学。

　　For over 50 years since its establishment, Funful Group of Schools has nurtured generations of outstanding students who are now spread across the globe, engaging in various industries. During this visit, while traveling through Singapore under the leadership of Principal Dr. Pei, two alumni of Funful schools welcomed us at the airport. One is currently studying at Singapore’s top-ranked high school, while the other is attending a middle school ranked third in the country.
