边陈之娟博士是驰名中外的香港社会名媛，知识渊博，又富爱心。早年曾担任《星岛晚报》专栏作家、香港电台节目主持人，一直倡导中英文双语教育，于1969年在香港创办起方方乐趣教育机构。她曾在香港女童军这个具有六万会员的社会教育组织中担任总监及副会长，是香港著名教育家、学者、社会公益女慈善家。边陈之娟博士从事青少年教育至今已有四十多年的历史，她一手创办了方方乐趣教育机构，又长期兼任香港社会众多社会公职。她情系中华，关爱妇女儿童，热心教育。边陈之娟博士是香港方方乐趣教育机构主席、弘爵国际学校校监；又是中国儿童少年基金会理事、上海市归国华侨联合会理事、上海市政协委员（九届、十届）、香港各界妇女联合促进会名誉会长、香港公益金名誉副会长、香港儿童军总会香港总监暨副会长、九龙城区儿童合唱团主席、交通安全会名誉会长、九龙城区少年警讯名誉会长、九龙医院管治委员会委员、新华通讯社香港分社香港地区事务顾问、九龙地区委任议员、香港公益金董事会第二会长、香港公益金筹募委员会主席。边陈之娟博士是香港太平绅士，曾荣获英女皇授勋荣誉奖章。

　　Principal Dr. Pei Chen Chi-Juan is a well-known Hong Kong philanthropist at home and abroad, who is knowledgeable and caring. In her early years, she served as a columnist for Sing Tao Evening News and a program host for Radio Television Hong Kong, where she advocated bilingual education in Both Chinese and English, and founded the Funful Group of Schools in Hong Kong in 1969. She served as the director and vice president of the Hong Kong Girl Scouts, a social education organization with 60,000 members, and is a well-known educator, scholar and social welfare female philanthropist in Hong Kong. Dr. Pei Chen Chi-juan has been involved with youth education for more than 40 years, and she single-handedly founded The Funful Group of Schools, and has long held many social and public offices in the Hong Kong society. She loves China, cares for women and children rights, and is enthusiastic about education. Dr. Pei Chen Chi-juan is the Chairman of Funful Group of Schools in Hong Kong and the Superintendent of Sear Rogers International School; She is also a director of the China Children and Teenagers Foundation, a director of the Shanghai Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, a member of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (9th and 10th Sessions), an honorary president of the Hong Kong Women's United Promotion Association, an honorary vice president of the Hong Kong Community Chest, a Hong Kong director and vice president of the Hong Kong Children's Army Federation, the Chairwoman of the Kowloon District Children's Choir, the honorary president of the Traffic Safety Society, the honorary president of the Kowloon District Junior Police Call, a member of the Kowloon Hospital Governance Committee, an adviser to the Hong Kong Branch of Xinhua news agency, and a member of the Kowloon District Appointed Council. Second Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Community Chest of Hong Kong and Chairman of the Fundraising Committee of the Community Chest of Hong Kong.
